I'm going out to Moorpark tomorrow for an interview and don't want to waste gas going there and back (about a1/2 hour trip one way), and this is right off the freeway I'll be taking. Has anyone ever been there before? Are there any other places along the 118 from SF valley to Moorpark. I know no one will give away their good spots for herpin'

but I'm just looking for a place to hike and maybe catch a glimpse of some herps.

Well, I'll be going out that way all week if anyone wants to go hiking, let me know! I'm not available all day, just after 4 or 5, and after 11 AM on Saturday and Sunday. If anyone wants to meet up, post a reply and I'll PM my number to you!
